One of the most important reasons I chose the company was because of Adrian - He made me feel at ease, and was excellent throughout the whole process, answered all my questions and emails professionally and chatted on the phone about certain issues. He really did make my experience an excellent choice. In fact I would say that he made me realise that there is still good customer service available in the UK . Lovely to hear from you, I just thought I would let you know that I have received the hinge screw covers what fantastic service. Would you please thank K2 for me. I do have another little problem when fitting the screw covers I noticed that it looks as though there should be covers on the under side of the hinges is this correct? if so I do require another 6 covers. If this is the case I insist on paying for them and the postage. The company were so kind before I don’t expect it again especially as it is my fault that I no longer have them. Finally I would just like to thank you for all your help and co-operation with the planning of our conservatory, you will pleased to hear that the roof fitted in above the kitchen opening window. The whole project was a delight to build and we are totally thrilled with the end result. Any friends that visit us and comment on the conservatory we tell them about how it all came about and all the advice you and your company gave us. Most people seem well impressed
