Durabase Plus base

The Durabase Plus has all the advantages of the Durabase Standard System, but is much more substantial with the capability of achieving an even greater U-value and passing building regs requirements for the England, Scotland and Ireland. The specially designed steel base and flooring insulation system can achieve an impressive U-value of 0.22 W/m2K, and beyond based on present regs requirements for Tiled Roof Conservatories and House Extensions for England ,Wales, Scotland, or Ireland.

When finished off with Durabases fabricated wall systems, building regs approved levels of insulation can easily be achieved using Durabases wall insulation and plasterboard options as an extra kit supplied for your extension, orangery or conservatory build .
